The President of Liberia,
Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, has sent the Senate a proposal for military justice legislation. Quite what the measure would do is not revealed by
this report, so stay tuned. The new legislation apparently will continue to be titled a "Uniform Code of Military Justice," replicating the title of the U.S. military justice code.
