Prisoner without a name?

An active duty U.S. Navy lieutenant commander is in pretrial confinement At Chesapeake, VA, on espionage charges (as well as, among other things -- sigh -- adultery). Details, such as they are, can be found here. The Navy has refused to release the name of the accused officer. The charges indicate that the officer is a married man assigned to the Commander Patrol and Reconnaissance Group.
