Can the Swiss Army bar extreme right-wing recruits?

The Local, an English-language newspaper in Switzerland, reports that the federal administrative court has ruled that the army cannot exclude a recruit as a security risk simply because he holds extreme-right or neo-fascist views or has a tattoo of a far-right symbol. "The court said in a landmark ruling that the army could not conclude that the man would use a military weapon in a bad way just because of these views."
